    This is an original Ruth Gibbs, 7" size, porcelain / china Little Lady doll.  She is in fair condition and her dress looks like it was made from an old handkerchief.  The doll has blonde hair and gold painted shoes, with paint off the toes.  The fabric of her body is flowered.
