    VINTAGE J. & P. COATS SEWING KIT SPOOL BOX
    Sweet vintage 1930s J. & P. COATS Handy Sewing Kit box measuring 2-1/2" square and 1" deep. Featuring two ladies sewing in silhouette on a red ground, box once held a little kit with needles, thimble and spools. There are currently nine little wood thread spools in a variety of pastel colors fitted into the box - all have some measure of use to the thread.
    Condition of the box is charming - someone took the time to stitch all four corners when they pulled apart - edges are rubbed and inner box corners are all separated. I think for display, this little spool box is just so sweet - colorful and fun, it would be a wonderful addition to any sewing collection!
