You are bidding on a vintage piece of trench art from the Great War. This 37mm
    ammunition shell casing is
    decorated
with a figure of a French
    cockerel
and an emblem with the word Verdun. It appears to have been manufactured at the Pouderis de Paris munitions factory.
This item is from the estate of a NAVY veteran of WW 2 and the Korea conflict who collected military art items. You will receive as shown in the photos.
    LOOK
at the photos and do some
    "CAREFUL"
    research on your own.
Please be sure you want this collectible militaria item before you bid.
